This goes to prove that fear of banks is justified, no wonder many humans don't like or even hate to use banks.
They say they're helping you manage your money, but this planning shows that they are only protecting their own profits and lack of liquidity.
No bank anywhere in the world holds enough money to be able to cover an event where all customers suddenly wanted all their money back...so the banks want to hold our money as hostage.

Im more worried about negative interest rates in the shorter term, this as happened to a few countries in the EU already.
All of these things are suppressing freedom and your ability to access your accounts.
