A popular American rapper and actor 50 Cent told fans about his best business decision. So, he said, several years ago he sold his album Animal Ambition for crypto currency, which at that time corresponded to 400 thousand dollars at a bitcoin cost of 662 dollars. This is reported by the portal TMZ.
After making the deal, the rapper forgot about it, thanks to which millions earned. To date, the cost of bitcoin has grown several times and now the 50 Cent digital currency is estimated at about $ 8 million.
50 Cent became one of the first musicians who started working with crypto-currencies. In 2014, his decision to accept bitcoins through the BitPay payment service through Shopify was quite unexpected.
