Looks like he got the message. He can't boot these people but he can starve them out. They might hang around a bit more but they'll leave when they see he's not upvoting them anymore.

No problem. looking at his comment sections the past couple days you can see how bad things have gotten with these people. It's an epidemic here but I think he's doing the right thing.
