Greg, I'm not sure where you get it that the PM's are doing well with gold nearly at the lows for the day; Draghi has been bullish today, so the Euro has stregthened, along with the GBP. The USD has strengthened against the JPY; which for some years has been the carry trade for the PM's. If the USD/JPY goes up, the PM's go down.
