Hello Greg, Any person looking at the 3 month chart can see that something in the Stock Market has Broken. There is something beneath the Financial System that is damaged and the Administration is worried. That is the only reason they would drag out the US Treasury Secretary to reassure the Citizens that all is well.

    Yep, just a little rally in a downtrend. It is probably almost over :)
