I myself, like to tip. I understand that the attendant relies heavily on tips to commiserate his hourly wage. If the attendant has been pleasant and of good service, why wouldn't you tip well. It's the old adage, "Do unto others as you would want them to do to you." So pay back their good service with your attitude of gratitude in the form of a good tip. For poor service, adjust likewise.
