I know we all have our dreams man. Personally this isn't far off from my dream home ;). Anyways, yes your process is just one way of becoming successful. But truthfully, it's not the idea that will make you successful. It is the execution behind it!

thats correct in any area execution is the key. Some people can pull the trigger and some cant. Some will talk about it till they are blue in the face and never execute. People in seminars speaking have done a small amount and brag about doing much more. i know people like this.
