Blocktrades is having too much demand and too little supply. Even on smartsteem I don't see the delegation market anymore. I'm left with https://www.minnowbooster.net/market
They have handed things out for the free market bidding.So you have to make a bid and pray someone would lease. So It's really a waiting game. That's all I know. Hopefully someone will pickup my lease request.
I'm not too experienced with SP leasing.
