Thank you :) I agree, holding on during hard times is what many fail at. I don't pretend that it doesn't affect me emotionally, but I like to think that when you're emotionally compromised, mistakes are made. Therefore, I avoid making decisions on investments when I feel emotionally inclined to do so. Or then I do the opposite of what my emotions tell me. For example when the market is crashing I buy, even though I'd like to sell. When the market grows, I start wondering if I should sell, however, I also think that selling will just cut your profits. So I haven't done that yet.
