If you are like me and want the big gains that are possible from trading binary options, but are afraid to invest enough funds to make the big gains quickly because you can't get your withdrawals back from binary options brokers(or at least it takes forever if you're lucky and even get them back), so you have to start with small accounts that end up losing you money since you don't have the margin to take inevitable losing trades, then there is an answer via PayPal protection even though only a very few binary brokers use PayPal as a deposit and withdrawal option.
It still can take a little time, but you will in my experience at least, get your money back 100% of the time. First if you don't have a PayPal account, you need to open one at PayPal.com. When you have your account established apply for the PayPal branded debit MasterCard. Once you receive your card, whatever you do, never deposit into a binary broker account with anything but your PayPal branded, debit MasterCard.
Now whenever your binary broker refuses or gives you excuse after excuse as to why your deposit hasn't been processed and remains pending, you just file a dispute with PayPal. A great thing to do is either by email, or better yet live chat, engage the broker representative in a dialogue getting them to admit they owe you the money and discuss the excuses why they aren't honoring what is written on most of their banking or withdrawal instruction pages, such as "by using a card for withdrawal after verification is approved withdrawals are almost instantaneous"(which is a total lie in my experience), but get the broker agent to acknowledge the statement exist and get him tripping up all over himself trying to explain why "instantaneous" doesn't apply to your withdrawal. Use all of this information as evidence for a PayPal dispute by using the "email the chat" feature on most live chat software and send the chat to yourself to provide to PayPal.
If there is no such "email the chat" feature, then just copy and paste the conversation before closing the chat window. And if your broker doesn't have live chat, of course, just save the email chain back and forth similar to the live chat description above by getting the broker representative to admit their contradictions in withholding your deposit withdrawal and their written policy that states usually withdrawals are "almost instantaneous" or something similar(and on occasion they contradict themselves further with their small print in their terms of usage section, adding fees to card withdrawals when on the banking/withdrawal page it says free, or stating it will take at least 7 to 10 days to process, even though they state something like instantaneous on their banking/withdrawal page.
Now just provide all the information you have gleaned from the binary broker to PayPal in your dispute. And important to note, it is much faster if you call in your dispute and explain your predicament and let the PayPal agent fill out the forms and submit than it is to go to the PayPal Resolution Center and fill it all out yourself. Once you have been a PayPal client for a while, they will even go ahead and forward you an advance of the money in dispute to your account most of the time, and if you happen to lose(which I never have) the dispute, they will just take it back from your account. But within 15 days either way the issue is usually settled because the binary option brokers rarely fight the dispute or even respond to PayPal's inquiry. If they do respond, they have no real defense and in my case 100% of the time my money has been returned to me.
I hope this helps, and I hope now you can be more aggressive and successful making the larger gains with binary options(and actually being able to withdraw and access them!) and more relaxed knowing PayPal has your back always when your binary broker tries to delay or even steal your deposit and profits.
