Taken during a visit to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in New York on a very fine spring day full of flowers and people. A bit of quiet repose found in the Japanese garden section.

Superb contrasts. Very stilling image to contemplate. If I were to ever be fortunate enough to visit Brooklyn, the Botanical Gardens would be one of the first places I'd visit. ❤
