In Montana every fall they do beat harvest, Most people don't know this but hardly any sugar is actually made from sugar cane, it actually come from beats. Harvesting sugar beats is an extremely dirt job and the processing plants and farmers are tied in line for being the greedy assholes. They litter the roads with rocks, mud, and beats for 6 months out of the year. The rest of the year they are busy polluting water ways with fertilizer and industrial waste such as oil, caustics, and acids used in the process. OSHA, the Epa, and local law enforcement all turn a blind eye to hundreds of not only ethical but illegal violations. I bring all this up today because on my way to work this morning on a small two lane highway a muddy beat truck coming head on with me pelts my car with rocks at 65 mph it takes out my windshield, dents my hood, bumper, and roof of my car and almost makes me crash into the ditch. I the company and made a complaint a rather bitchy assistant manager tried to act like it wasn't their problem. I informed him debris falling off of a vehicle and doing damage is considered a collision and that his driver had technically did a hit and run. So today at 5 pm I have a meeting with the Manager to discuss how we will handle this event.
There is more damage but it's hard to see on a dirty black car.
