之前我在银行工作，每到临近过年的时候都有很多人去兑换崭新的钞票，给晚辈发压岁钱用。没想到新加坡居然还有专门取新钞的取款机，更加方便了。

My mum is pretty smart. She saved the money which looks very new starting from one year ago. Haha she doesn't want to go to the bank which is a important reason :D

I think many older folks are like that but I also see quite many older folks going to the banks. I think partly to get the red packets.
