Introducing "MASTERING YOUR EMOTIONS"

In the course of our life, we all encounter a variety of emotions. I have to confess that I had both highs and lows while writing this book.

I was originally glad and delighted to provide them a roadmap to assist them better understand their feelings. I could see how readers' lives would become better as they learned to control their emotions.

I was quite motivated and could already see how fantastic the book will be or so I believed.

The initial exhilaration immediately subsided when it was time to get down and begin writing the book. Ideas that I
had that were fantastic suddenly became dull. I felt that my writing was monotonous and lacking in substance
and worth.

Writing while seated at my desk became more challenging every day. I began to feel nervous. If I couldn't even control my own emotions, who was I to write a book about them?

What irony! I thought about quitting up. Why produce another book on the subject when there are so many others currently available? At the same time, I understood that this book offered the ideal setting for me to resolve my emotional problems.

And who doesn't sometimes have unfavorable feelings? Everyone has highs and lows, right? What we do with our lows is crucial. Do we use our emotions to develop and learn from them, or do we punish ourselves for them?

Try answering those questions and ponder 🤔
