For me the cure is getting as much as sleep as possible
Yesterday I got something like 7 hrs woke up and felt kinda tired; just not “super good.” Today, 8 hours 20m, and I woke super refreshed. My hours of sleep really makes a difference in my state after waking up
You can also try taking a 1m cold shower right after waking up if its early (and then one proper one later) or take ur proper shower right after waking up, but start with cold then go to hot.
