I got one for christmas. Okay so here's a thing you can do. For some reason they are always in the produce section, but go there and find egg roll wrappers.
Make apple pie filling, put it in the egg roll wrapper with a slice of brie, close and seal the egg roll wrapper with water, wait for it to dry, use a silicon brush to paint some cooking oil on them (I find the egg roll wrappers don't brown and dry out if you don't). And Air Fry, once they come out warm drizzel caramel, or my wife's preference brown sugar maple syrup mix, and powdered sugar on top, eat warm while the brie is still gooey.
