ملح ابزار الكركم الباربيكا
2معالق صوص الطماطم
زيت الزيتون مع زيت العادية
نضع الكل عل نار ونترك الخليط يبرد تبرد
العجين
500 غ الدقيق
قليل من الخميرة
الملح
ملعقة صغيرة من السكر
الماء لجمع العجين
نجمع العجين نتركها ترتاح نشكلها كرات ثم نذهن كل كرة على حدى ونضع وسطها الحشوة ونلف للعجين على الشكل الذي نحب وندخلهم الفرن بالصحة
