مرحبا كيف حال الجميع اتمنى ان يكون الكل بصحة جيد
سأقدم اليوم الكراتان بالمعكرونة وصلصة البيشاميل
Pasta ingredients

250غ من المعكرونة
الابزار
الملح
قليل من الزيت
طريقة
نضيف الماء الساخن على المعكرونة ونضيف الملح والإبزار والزيت و نضع الكل على النار مع الخلط كل دقيقة لكي تكون متساوية في طهيها

طريقة اللحم المفروم
نأخد اللحم المفروم ونضيف له الكركم الإبزار الباربيكا الزنجبيل ثم الثوم ونخلط الكل ونضعه على جنب
ثم نأخد البصل مقطع قطع نضعه في المقلاة حتى يطهى قليل بعد ذالك نضيف اللحم الذي جهزناه قبل و نتركه حتى
يطهى جيدا

نضع الزبدة على النار حتى تذوب كليا ونضيف لها الدقيق مع الخلط الجيد حتى يصبح عندنا عجين و مباشرة نضيف الحليب ونبدأ في الخلط الجيد حتى يصبح قوامها متماسك ملاحضة:(يجب خلط الجيد وعدم التوقف حتى لا نحصل على كرات من الدقيق)

وفي الاخير
عندما تجهز جميع المكونات نأخد أنية مقاومة لنار نضع في الأول المعكرونة مع قليل من صلصة حتى لا تكون لا تكون المعكرونة جافة نضيف فوقها اللحم المفروم ثم صلصة البشاميل وفي الأخير نضيف الجبن ا وندخلها الفرن و صحة جيدة للجميع
