A leader is not who does something special for some people with high SP and send to them 0.001 steem with memo "Plz see what i have done for you!" what a great idea! And at last you come to us and you pulled 3 people to your side then you ask to be a leader... What a leader?? Ouuuuups i don't believe that you wanna be my leader!!!!!!!
A leader of painting for example???
I have never seen any of your skills, your knowledge, and that you add something to this team except problems. To become a leader you have to do more than photographing your coffee and your photoshoped cards!! And you wanna be my leader it's that simple!!
As well, i can't bear selfish people, they come to you and they ask for help and when they get enough they try to steal your wife.
And here i will tell you some of bad behaviours of bad leaders :
- A leader is not who asks for forgiveness to his friend when he gets flags because of bad comments.
- A leader must not be a lickspittle.
Here is the meaning of a real leader
A leader is someone who helps people feel responsible for achieving a common goal in a group synergy. Whether you're a boss, a parent, a coach, a politician, or whatever else you do, you have a guiding role to play.
In fact, a successful leader must know how to get people to excel in order to get the maximum results under a minimum of supervision. Too many leaders use an "activity management" approach and not a "results management" approach. The difference between the two lies in the employee's accountability and commitment to achieving the anticipated results. In order to get the employee to be responsible, the leader must explain in depth and several times the reasons for which he takes this or that action. When decisions are made by management and the motives, which are the basis or basis for these pronouncements, are well communicated, the employee is able to make his or her own decisions without the need to constantly resort to the boss when an unusual situation occurs.
A successful leader is one who helps build trust in people so they become more empowered and choose the best options based on desired collective results. Unfortunately, there are still many business leaders who are indirectly asking employees to leave their brains on the doorstep before going to work and picking up the exit.
Here are, in more detail, the three most important qualities required of a leader to achieve this accountability:
Establish and communicate clearly the objectives and reasons for which you want to achieve these results. If you want people to follow you, you need to know where you want to go. These goals must be easy to understand and they must be measurable so that the people in your charge can assess them and know where they are going at any point in the process. After making your goals known, you need to determine and communicate the reasons why you want to achieve them. So, make a list of the five most important reasons why you and your team should update these goals. The stronger and stronger your reasons, the better your chances of reaching your target.
Use retroactive communication.
It's not what you say that's important, it's what people understand and remember from your message, which is very different. Many leaders take it for granted that having said it once, or even twice, automatically implies that the team members have understood the message and that they will all act according to what you have communicated to them. . It is your job to check the level of understanding among the people under your direction and to get there, what should you do? Well, good leaders question a lot and reiterate their message by making sure that each time it is presented in a different way, until the other person's understanding has been captured and understood at 100 %.
Be a model by your actions.
The successful leader is an example not only in his words, but especially in his actions, because his actions produce a much stronger effect than what he says. It will always be very difficult to be a good leader if his actions are not in perfect harmony with his words. People are reluctant to follow a leader who asks others to do things he can not do himself. The values you believe in and have established must first be lived by you, otherwise you will be considered an impostor. If your actions do not position you as an example to follow, you engage in an endless struggle with your subordinates.
Your role as a leader remains the cornerstone of success in your business, your family or your team. In fact, your ability to make people work in a high-performing way must bring group synergy toward a common goal.
Becoming an excellent leader is a daily and permanent apprenticeship. Even if some people have better predispositions to become a good leader, one is not born leader, one becomes it. Therefore, every day, try to improve the three qualities mentioned above, and surely, sooner or later, your team will achieve exceptional results.
In fact, Leadership is the last reward of hard work, values added and the success of the community.
It's the first time i find out a man look for money, he want his poverty to disappear and he want to be rich so he thought that the leadership is the best and the only solution of his problem. Plz eat less to sleep more.
So that's why i want to advise all my team people to avoid the company of liars, but if you can't, don't believe them.
For who tried to be simply a leader : "An envious person is the unhappiest" you'll still like this. I think that your are stupid because you may want to help us, but you just ended up hurting us. Plz don't strike cold iron. Moreover, the envious were created just to be infuriated.
Why do i fell that some people are heavier than a mountain.
I ask all our members of Moroccan community to beware of he whose goodness you can't ask for and whose evil you can't be protected from.
in our community the man who want to be more treacherous than a wolf is just a crazy guy. I see that you will never fulfil your goals with this negative mind and if you have no shame, do whatever you want.
I wouldn't hold accountable you if you chose to create your community. Finally, your are crazy if your mind tells you that i will be under your hands.
