800 C contemporary steak is new meat restaurant near the Patriarch Ponds Moscow.
The main emphasis in the menu is on meat and burgers, and this is understandable: special ovens have been brought to the restaurant, which maintain a constant temperature of 800 degrees. It allows you to instantly seal a piece of meat, which means that all the juice remains inside.
In the menu - Russian, Argentine and Japanese meat, prepare different parts: rib eye, tibon, striploin, bavet and several other types of steaks.
The second main menu is burgers. The choice of 11 types of burgers and four other positions of sizes mini and nano - to try several different at once.
Despite the fact that the restaurant is still meat, vegetarians have something to profit from: for example, an excellent green salad with apple cider dressing, spinach with cranberries and gorgonzola or eggplant with stracciatella.
There are also many excellent side dishes in the menu. The main side dish in 800 Contemporary was puree, which here are 12 kinds with different additives, for example with parmesan or lemon zest.
The puree turned out really outstanding, it is kneaded for five hours, so the texture is very delicate and creamy.
In addition to steaks and burgers, the menu has another section of hot dishes, where you can find risotto, pasta and several items with meat or fish, a large selection of side dishes (sweet potato, bok choy, broccoli puree and others).
If you plan to visit this place I would advise you book a table in advance as it’s usually quite busy.
Overall I can say that 800 C Contemporary Steak is a good steak house (but a bit expensive for meat and vine).
The interior is very cozy and the staff is friendly. The food is delightful and pleasant.
