Why is this mosque called a shrine mosque?

This mosque was built in 1980 would be the fruit of the people of Aceh due to its phenomenal and unique, because at that time there is no mosque that looks like this
Even though this mosque is like a shell, this mosque can accommodate 2000 pilgrims, do not think if we enter this mosque will overheat, just the opposite once enter the mosque, a sense of cool expose our body soul, and make soul calm
