Phew! I don't know if it is being superstitious or if there is any medical explanation for it but I really will appreciate anyone with some sort of explanation.
Some days before my Sonshine turned 36 months old some hours ago, he was sleeping more than usual. The sleep was almost double what he used to sometimes. Being the one that spends most of the time with him, I informed hubby about my observation and concerns. His response got me thinking deep and confused.
He was of the opinion that he feels it is normal because he was approaching a new year in his young life and that my Sonshine's body system was trying to adjust to that. Well, he didn't stop there but in an attempt to convince me, he reminded me about the changes he usually experience around his own birthdays. How some parts of his skin starts shedding like a snake's own.
He tried to make some jokes about it that may be he was a mutant of some sort, and is yet to understand most of his superpowers as if he had any. 🤣 Well, I really don't know much about the human anatomy but I'm curious if anyone else experience similar thing because I don't.
The D day arrived and my Sonshine woke up with a little fever and guess what, hubby said it was what he was telling me about body changes and nothing to be overly stressed about. Anyway, I managed to get my Sonshine ready for school and had to let go other plans I had for him when he came back from school so that I could monitor his body closely.
While he was in school, I attended to the amazing lady below. What do you think about her looks? She gave express permission to use her images.
