Start on Monday…or not?

Monday is the day for new beginnings, on Monday you start a new diet, on Monday you start gym, on Monday you start tiding your house, cleaning up the mess of weekend.
But, have you ever think that these are the reasons that many people hate Mondays? How many hashtags and quotes have been created for this “scary” day?
How many Sundays haven’t you slept because you think of Monday’s tasks?
This is why we have to make small restarts every single day, without naming a specific day of the week to restart everything. This is impossible and stressful. Every day is a new chance for something, you don’t have to complete everything in one day, but making progress is the key word.
