IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY

Sometimes we find ourselves in down moments, with a lot going on through our minds, craving our personal space, but we tend to shut up the cravings of being alone and go through the pain, because we don't want to show people how fragile we are, we don't want them to perceive us as being weak.

However, it's okay to go through these moments, it's okay to cry, it's okay to look back, think of the past, present and future, it's okay to want to be a better person, it's okay to need some time alone, it's okay to fail, it's okay to fall, it's okay not to be okay.

What is not okay, is depriving yourself the opportunity to experience these feelings, and go through it, it's not okay to fall and not make an effort not to rise again.
After all, the downfall of a man, is not the end of him, and ultimately, these experiences are what shapes us to become a better version of ourselves. They are part of the success stories, as a matter of fact, they are what makes the success story more interesting.

So, if you feel down today but refuse to go the pain, if you continue to hide the pain, you'll continue to suffer more.
Because the beauty of the pain lies in the ability to walk through it and overcome it, face your fears and conquer them.

And when you need a personal space, or rather a time alone, just go for it. Think about whatever, find solutions, and implement them.

Don't forget, you are a champion, and the power to become whoever or whatever is in your hands.
