Go to your wallet here from the menu and click on your Steem Dollars, you have 3.236 now, then select Buy, it'll take you to BlockTrades (https://blocktrades.us/) where you can exchange your Steem Dollars to any of a number of Digital currencies including Bitcoin and others. Better you log on BlockTrades with your steemit account so you can keep the records. You can transfer to your wallet so you need to initiate a waller Request and get the address from there.
