Do not try to convince your opponent of your rightness (if you do not get paid for it, of course). This will take a lot of moral strength and time, and the interlocutor, most likely, will remain at the opinion.
9. Use the bed strictly for the purpose
Do in bed pleasant things, including sleep, sex, eating pizza to your favorite TV series. Work and read the news better in another place, otherwise the bed will no longer be associated with a place of relaxation.
10. Find a way to get away from problems
Surely there is something that allows you to for a while distract from difficulties and at least briefly cheer up. Favorite movie, viewing funny pictures, picking up a puzzle, drawing comic characters. Make a list of such things and keep it on hand for an emergency. Use it when you need to quickly remove psychological stress and forget yourself a little.
11. Fight with perfectionism
Not everything should be done ideally. Some things are simple enough to do, others - do not leave it at all. Prioritize and do not try to grasp the immensity.
12. Express your feelings more openly
Of course, not all experiences should be shared. But in some cases this can be useful. First, people will begin to understand you better. Secondly, you will realize that you are not alone in your fears and anxieties. Thirdly, by showing emotion, you are psychologically relaxing.
13. Read more books
Reading reduces the level of stress, expands the horizons, allows you to learn something new and escape from reality into invented worlds, at least temporarily forget about anxiety.
14. Learn to experience separation from people
Friendship ends. You both can remain beautiful people, just you do not connect anything else. Release your friend and do not blame yourself for anything.
15. Say "yes" often
It's not about agreeing to walk with a stranger in a dark gateway. But remember, how many times did you refuse something interesting simply out of habit? You are a responsible adult with chronic fatigue, reports and deadlines, but sometimes you should set off on an adventure to feel alive again.
16. Learn to say "no"
To be good for everyone does not work, sometimes you need to be able to refuse even a request for help, if it is an attempt to do someone else's work with your hands.
17. Learn more about yourself
