Sometimes it's easy for us to feel overwhelmed with, overburdened with its many demands. This is normal reaction as we don't want to experience suffering of any kind, be it physically, mentally or emotionally. However, sometimes we don't help ourselves because we use the wrong approach to solve problems. If we understand that life will at times overwhelm us and that we will carry a burden or too once in a while, then we can decide to deal with them by being tactical about how we handle them. Just as you would carry a heavy load on your back to go a long distance if you had to, we have to adjust our bodies and minds to carry the loads of life in a way that will not break us.
