Everyday brings new challenges, and these challenges come in all sizes. This is part of life that we must embrace just like we embrace the easy. Not all challenges are negative, but if you are faced with negative ones, then your first test will be how to react to that challenge. Will you panic, insult, offend, cry, have an anxiety attack etc? Or will take a step back, realize it's just another challenge, much like many you have faced in the past and overcame? Your attitude will determine the outcome of many things. And if we realize that how we react to things really makes the biggest of differences, then we'd change our approach to life and its challenges. We would not take things personal, or feel miserable when things don't go our way. In other words, it doesn't matter what happens to us, but what matters is how react to it.
