Good job you guys. I am so impressed. I am taking baby steps this year and am giving up soda as a first step for the first 3 months then I will take another step. to incorporate this change into my live. Any advice?

That is a very good first step. Our body prefers sugar as a fuel source...so if it is has it, it uses it to power us throughout the day. If it doesn't have sugar for a fuel source..it starts utilizing fat and we burn more fat. That is what you want.
