Day 2- Morning training session

This morning didn't go exactly to plan. I ended up talking myself out of going to the gym. the conversation that was going around in my head was "You only ave one session today, why do it this morning?" "You have sports this morning, why do the gym then sports?" 

Am i gutted with myself for not going? Yes and no. Yes because it is good to get into a habit, No because i am still sticking to my training plan.

This afternoon I have a 30min run just breathing through the nose. If you are curious why i am only gong to breathing through my nose while running hit me up or wait until i do a post about it in the coming weeks, hopefully days.

Yesterdays PM session went great, except for my dead-lifts where i failed my last set of 3reps at 115kg. Not too happy about that but we all have to either start somewhere or pick ourselves back up and grind back to where we were.

Dead-lift. 5@100Kg, 5@105Kg, 3@115Kg

Ring dips - 6x3

Donkey rows @7kg - 15x3

Nordic curls on swiss ball - 10x3

cable facepulls - 8x3

kettlebell swings hardstyle - 10x3

Cooldown

10mins yoga
