Amazing post! I also have the same problem as your friend; I say that I will do this and that, but I end up saying I will have a fresh start tomorrow, and I end up doing a certain thing for one day and I never do it again. I am gonna start acting like the person I want to be and I'm gonna start TODAY. Thanks for the amazing post!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience! I've also had these types of attempts at certain habits. I've found that the cure is to just keep doing it. It's a black and white mindset - you do it or you don't do it. I feel like too many people overthink habits. Habits are really just a matter of showing up.
