No matter how much we attempt to hide it with a smile, envy is not something that can disappear by itself. This kind of feeling can turn into malice that can damage our personality or even depression. So, what can be done to overcome feelings of envy before ruining our personality or even psychological?
"Learn to not compare ourselves with others, be grateful for what we have, and change our point of view to eliminate jealousy before uncontrollable."
Understand our jealousy, abiding that jealousy and jealousy are two different things. We need to know the difference between envy and jealousy to know which feelings we really feel. Jealousy is a response to the threat of losing something you already have. While envy is a response to something that is not in possession. For example jealousy is what we feel when our boyfriend is interrupted by others, while envy is what we feel when seeing our friends buy something new.
Therefore, remember the bad effects of envy on ourselves. Stop to judge yourself, envy can arise from inferiority. We just focus on the careers, the ownership, the couples we want, and these desires arise from what we think does not exist in us. Learn not to consider ourselves inferior to others, and our situation is worse than others. Here are some tips to eliminate the feeling of envy:
1. Live With Our Own Standards of Success

When we are in a different phase of life than others remember that tu is not a bad thing. Just because we do not have jobs or boyfriends, this does not mean that we are not equal to others Life is not a list we should checklist every box to be happy. Everyone travels different lives, and none of them mean more or better than others. Success is about getting the most life for us and we really enjoy it.
2. Know That We Don't Know Everything

If a person looks perfect because it has everything we want, it does not rule out that there is also something that the person wants. Stop to think of one's life better than us and jealous of it. We may not know the shortcomings, but rest assured, surely they have shortcomings. Believe that there is something we do not know.
3. Change What We Can Try and Accept What We Can't Change

Know what things we can change and what is out of control and we can not change. Use our time to improve the circumstances we can change, and do not waste our time on things we can not control, because it's useless. If we dissolve into things we can not change, this will cause depression. Our time in life is limited, so do not waste your time on things that can not be changed.
4. Spend Your Time With Thankful People

If our friends are the type of people who always compare jobs, couples, complaining about what they do not have and denounce who owns it, we may need to start spending time with different people. Do not be happy with those who are happy, not those who are always showing happiness, but are happy to do so without criticizing others or too much complaining. Find a friend who is not easy to judge, humble, and kind.
5. Remember That We Are In Control Of Ourself

If we often feel jealous of what others have, remember that we too can have it, but choose not to have. Buy what we need, not what we want. For example if we want to buy the latest model clothes, we may be able to buy it, but you choose not to buy it because it conscious it will spend money and on the other hand we still have clothes that are still fit to wear. If we choose something wiser for ourselves, we should be proud of the decision.
Conclusion :
1.Stop to compare yourself with others and focus on improving yourself and not becoming someone else
2. Suppose that envy is an opportunity to improve and not the cause of becoming a low self
