We have a large number of motivational posts, strategies on how to work and achieve success, but people want to reach the goal with a shortcut. I want to convey my entrepreneurial experience of the business logic and how things work in the world of money. Everything is based on universal knowledge and rules of success that can be learned, of course you need to acquire the habits of successful people. If you want to go the fastest way then it is the first step to learn the basic rules that work in the world of business.
Responsibility, stand behind your word.
When you promise somebody that you will do a certain thing, then do it. All successful people like to work with people who are responsible. How many times have you experienced that people do not do what you agreed on, he told you several excuse why he did not do it. If you want to make the first step is to start behaving like successful people, accept responsibility as your part of the personality 24 hours a day. When you want to make a business deal with people, I'm sure you want those people to be responsible, because it gives you confidence that the job will be over. Enthusiasm launches the world.
Everything you do from your heart brings joy and great energy to positive emotions. We are emotional beings based on positive energy. Imagine that you are driving in a car and that your fuel is gone, the same happens when your enthusiasm disappears, you are empty and you can not go forward. I fill fuel with good books, I read at least 20 pages every day. My day starts with a good book and ends with excellent communication. It is very important that you have a break with breaks every day, every week and every month. Spend time in places that give you positive energy, with people who have a smile on their face. It is important to achieve a good balance, because excessive effort knows that it increases the level of stress and it causes a lot of illness. If you need to change your lifestyle to achieve success, then change everything you need to achieve your goal.

Innovations change the world, imagination is the dominant factor that made the difference between monkeys and humans. We have become the creators of our destiny, we have evolved from nothing to travel to other planets. Steemit is a genius project where a poor user becomes rich, where a person without knowledge gets an acceleration on the path to material freedom. We are at the turning point, we are creating a new history that leads us to a new dimension of human freedom and rights. Try to get your story, your titles and your strategies that raise the human spirit to emotional ecstasy. Be a little crazy, get rid of the fear of mistakes, and your creative power will bring real results.
Discipline is the mother of success.
Every time when I put off the job for the second day, I make a big mistake.We need to put ourselves in the postition of the leader and winner, make new habits that work. Discipline is the main pillar that keeps us awake, it does not give us the chance to give up from our path to the top. Sometimes it's difficult to do some things and there we need the will to help us to overcome the problem. Only discipline has the power to make successful habits, every habit is made within 21 days. If you connect 5 success steps to one goal - to get to the top of Steemit, then this score will come 100 times faster.

Steemit has made a lot of young steemians to realize part or most of their dreams financially but still the ones trying to follow in their footstep do not at most times put in the same efforts that these whales has applied to get to the very top.we need to be keenly focused on steemit.It is like the 3rd law of motion(your action is equal to the reaction of steemit to you).good job here.
I agree with many aspects of @dobartim's post, but I have to challenge the idea that Steemit is a full on meritocracy. I think for many Steemians even if they were to put in the same amount of efforts or even 10x the effort of a whale to get to the very top, they would still likely fail.
Because as much as i hate to admit it, Steemit is not about what kind of good content you can generate, but how much money it can generate, so that curated can be rewarded handsomely. Whales didn't become whales by posting lots of good content (though I'll concede a select few did). They got that way by investing in SP early in the game, which gave them the ammunition to create instant "curator friendly" posts - which attract the most upvotes.
The small fraction of new, original, and good content we see in the "hot" section is a reminder that the system is not perfect. As it stands, the "hot" section is an area dominated by "whale incumbents" who post they same kind of things every day. You'll often times notice too, that the number of upvotes on a post exceeds the number of views the post has. This shows that content of successful posts isn't even read when being upvoted, rather voted because the post has been identified to generate good rewards.
Overall this is an issue for the growth and longevity of the Steem platform as a whole. On a personal note, I've gotten a bit bored of what I read on Steemit. There isn't enough content diversity to keep me fascinated each day, unlike on Reddit. The "good" content here is dominated by random TA's, coins to buy, hell... pictures of flowers. The "bad" content is a random daily price of BTC.... or random industry reports that are clearly plagiarized. I guess the point I'm trying to make, is that if meritocracy was bona fide, we would see content from all topics, all users, minnows, whales, and dolphins alike - rise to the top. But we don't.
Exactly my point. I was even writing about this problem and there was no glimpse of course. I think steemit needs some algorithm for hot and trending section. But wait. Now we are earlier users, so there are still some chances, that some whale will find you. When this will be a few million users platform here will be just 20 hajeins and adsatclys, velimirs and slowwalkers. Now tell me how can be this platform interesting for new users, when they will see same faces and that is it. And the biggest problen is quality of steemit. Some old players will be always on display with their shity yes that is right shity content. On the other side some like me are puting a lot of effort in posts, making A class photos not potato picture with fingers on lena and they can't be heard. Well yes I will insist. Well at least till when my savings are alive. Some other good content writer will give up and their good content will go for nothing. I think there should be even some whale police you know. :) it is nonsense that one whale push someone up with bad content. Only beacuse of post introduce yourself and good looking girl on it. No! They should wait and see if those are good for steemit community and not just daily traders. Well this is mine opinion. Nice post btw. I think there will be needed a lot more posts like this to encourage minnows. Beacuse system itself doesn't do it.
Every success depends on the universal rules. My way of looking at things is a little different. I am a person who likes to support those people who think in a decent way, who have creative strength and the right value in their posts. Another question arises: how did the whales become rich before they invested money in Steem Power?
The success from us requires universal knowledge, I am 42 years old and I made many mistakes, I did not become successful at Steemit because I had the money, I became successful because I learned the principles that brought me to the top. The most important thing to succeed is to build the habits that lead us to the top, I want to learn new things every day. I want to explain to the new people that there is no ideal world, there is a world that depends on our moves.
I am interested in the knowledge of whales, it is normal for those who invested now to earn money, Steemit is a business. It is also great that new users who do not have money can learn a lot of new business stuff, but new users can also earn a good amount of money on their posts, and especially on good comments.

I agree on the fact that we’re held back by the fear of making mistakes. It’s not the mistake we fear, it’s the fear of how other people are going to react on the mistake. I’m learning new things here on SteemIt everyday, but it’s that same fear of making mistakes, fear for rejection, that makes it hard to put them into practice.
I’m bit in doubt though about the contradiction between being creative, spontanious, doing things straight from the heart and discipline. My first reaction on that is that discipline kills creativity, but You gave me some food for thought.

Indeed, people don't respect taking responsibility for their actions. It's one thing that wins you trust on all circles of life as people would always want to work with you.
Learning something new and applying it requires discipline since it gets boring to learn as you've said. We always have a passion to at the start of something new, but this fades with time. This is something to fight if we are to get ourselves far with success.

Thanks for the advice. I think, the important thing is do not rely on instant popularity and not to consider Steemit only as a source of earning money. All good things take a long time (I judge by myself and by how much time I spend on the platform per day ). That's what exactly I did. Be active in the community, reward good contents by upvoting and resteeming, go through follower's posts and upvoting and interacting with them. Steemit is a wonderful place and such activities would improve the quality of this platform.

For some people the scheme of overnight success works. But there is just maybe 1% of these. Others need to constantly work to make the progress, need to be patient and not give up
I believe in your concept, @dobartim. Success, in the world of today, should require motivation, and the steps which successful people have taken. People have to be truly motivated to be successful in real life. Those people who have no motivation, will not work well, and may not achieve their goal in due time.

I am gradually getting to understand the Steemit platform. Really, I enjoyed the posts I have read so far. I joined a month ago.
I think, the new comers in a place should be mentored and motivated for success, otherwise, they will be lacking in direction and could become unmotivated, whereby, they will be tempted to take shortcuts.
