Do you know what all the successful entrepreneurs have in common with you? The same 24hr. What really makes the difference is what you do with your time and how you choose to spend it, you can either waste it or invest it in your dreams.
Here are some tips that will help you improve your productivity.
1.HAVE A TO-DO LIST
Having a to-do list is mandatory to increase productivity. It gets you to organized. It also allow you to see where your focus should go everyday.
When you see the item on your to-do list you can easily prioritize what you need most and the time you should spend doing it.
The act of writing down itself holds you accountable to get it done and when writing your to-do list make sure you keep it simple and flexible.
2.MINIMIZE DISTRACTION
In other to focus on one task at a time you have to minimize distraction, you do not need to answer all your notification, calls or emails immediately expect it's your job.
For you to be more productive you have to rid of unnecessary noise turn those notification off, stop checking Facebook and other social media every 20 minutes.
The internet is a lifesaver, but it's also one of the greatest killer productivity to put your phone on do not disturb mode while working and be amazed at the much work you covered when you are focus.

3.SET SMART GOALS
For your goals to be more effective, you must have a
Specific goal - your goal must be clear and well defined
Measurable goal- set exact amount, date on your goal so you can measure the degree of your success. It can be either a long or a short term goal.
Achievable goal- set goal that is possible to achieve. If you set goals you know you can not achieve you will end up disceiving yourself.
Relevant goal- set your goals in the direction you want your life and career to take so that you will focus and what you want and how to achieve it.
Time bound - your goals should be grounded within a time frame. Without time limit tired to it there will be no sense of urgency.

4.USE YOUR TIME WISELY
In other to improve productivity you have to track the amount of time you spend in each task. Avoid unnecessary meetings as well as minimize the amount of time you spend on Facebook, for example you may feel like checking out your Facebook when you are on break and eventually ending up spending hours scrolling through your news feed.
You need to create a schedule, set up reminder and work related notification so that you will be able to finish your tack in time.
5.CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY
This old adage says it all "A man is known by the company he keeps".
Surround yourself with people that have same mind set and ambition like you and try working beside them this way you can motivate each other discuss relevant topics that will enrich your knowledge and makes you work harder.
