Hello everyone, what's going guys, it's @florino here again. It has been an awesome week so far and also a bright Sunday morning from this side of West Africa.
Today I was inspired to talk about JOY,
First of all I would be define joy as — a feeling of great pleasure and happiness. Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony.
Be happy for this moment. Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort. Be kind whenever possible.
The present moment is filled with joy and happiness.
If you are attentive, you will see it. Action may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action.
Our capacity to draw happiness from aesthetic objects or material goods in fact seems critically dependent on our first satisfying a more important range of emotional or psychological needs, among them the need for understanding, for love, expression and respect." — Alain De Botton
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. In our lives, change is unavoidable, loss is unavoidable. In the adaptability and ease with which we experience change, lies our happiness and freedom
Don't rely on someone else for your happiness and self-worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can't love and respect yourself – no one else will be able to make that happen. Accept who you are – completely; the good and the bad – and make changes as YOU see fit – not because you think someone else wants you to be different.
All happiness or unhappiness solely depends upon the quality of the object to which we are attached by love. Happiness consists more in conveniences of pleasure that occur everyday than in great pieces of good fortune that happen but seldom
Whosoever is happy will make others happy. SAY YES TO LIVE THE JOY 😉.
