that is damn true..
and that is my goal to keep myself healthy.. :)
Our body only moves in about five different ways, so you don’t need a hundred different exercises that take you two hours to complete. We push, pull, hinge at the hips, and squat. And we rotate. That leaves us with push-ups, pull-ups, deadlifts, squats, and walking. Not running 10 miles. Not jumping up and down like a lunatic with a patented gizmo that promises crazy results in 30 days. Not hot yoga. Not barre. Not pole dancing!
Yes, good point. Everyday I run on the treadmill or ride the exercise bike in front of the TV for about an hour. Time goes by fast when your attention is distracted on other things and not the exercise your doing.
Excellent expression, I'm sure that healthy people know how important the movement is. Many people because of their inconstancy can not in any way accustom themselves to train regularly, very often they do not finish training or jump from one sport to another without doing properly either. And then they wonder why they did not achieve the planned results. Excellent health, tightened skin, a healthy body and a cheerful mood is a worthy reward for hard and hard work on yourself. Thank you @greatpath
Yes, exercise is important to our life. We just have to get used to it. Do exercise in front of the TV watching your favorite show. Or, go outside on a nice day and ride the bike. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable so you want to do it. Plus, you get lots of benefits from it.
On our adventure toward our best selves, pardons resemble detours... They totally stop us, and with a specific end goal to continue advancing, we have to discover some route around them... On the off chance that we don't, we'll simply remain stuck and never achieve our objectives...
Yes, nice comment. To get around the boredom and difficulty of exercise you just "have to discover some route around them.." I watch TV or play computer games while riding my exercise bike:)
nice quote, if you want to be fit giveaway your excuses, beginning is substantially harder than keeping up. In the event that you can drive yourself to go for only 1 week on end, and make it stride by step, you are significantly more liable to succeed. It's additionally essential to take it at your own pace when you begin. When you are about a month in, you can begin propelling yourself outside your usual range of familiarity. The most essential thing to take in thought is your inspiration. You have to love what you're doing. Get amped up for getting fit and carrying on with a dynamic way of life. You may even turn into a stunning cook while finding sound things to make!
Yes, getting started to exercise is harder in the beginning because your body is not used to it. Once your body is fit you look forward to the exercise because you know it will bring you lots of benefits. The secret is getting started and be fit as part of your life.
Start working out.
Calculate your daily intake of calories. You'll need around 2500-3000 calories everyday to not be calorie deficit, which you should take care of.
As a thumb rule, 0.8gm of protein per pound of your body weight everyday.
Eat a lot of carbs. Carbs will help you get bulked up.
As already suggested, be regular. Make gym a part of your routine. Don't do it for temporary gains.
Yes, work out and eat healthy. Stay fit to enjoy your life before it is too late.
This is an important motivational series you are doing greatpath, about staying healthy. Some people done know how important it is to stay healthy by doing exercise and it is only when they become fat that they wished they kept fit. Thanks for sharing. Resteemed for more views.
Yes, more people should be aware of staying healthy. The fatter you get the more chances of getting heart disease.
After my recent pregnancy this is important to me. Being unfit makes me very conscious about myself it makes me feel uncomfortable around people. I've noticed when I'm in shape. I tend to feel good about myself
Congratulations on your recent pregnancy. I hope the baby is doing well. Yes, when you are in shape you have more energy and more confidence.
Well, sports have always worked for me. Been years now.. whenever I don't play cricket or table tennis for a week or two, I start feeling dizzy at work and at home. I wish I could have been able to find more time for tournaments and all, but still, I always suggest people around me to play at least one sport as regularly as you possibly can. Sports always keeps you fit and makes you eat healthy naturally.
Yes, exercise will give you more energy and a better quality of life.
Exactly. And even if we can't find time for working out at the gym, we at least need to keep playing something that entertains us.
nice phrase @greatpath, on our trip toward our best selves, excuses resemble barriers. They totally stop us, and with a specific end goal to continue pushing ahead, we have to discover some path around them. On the off chance that we don't, we'll simply remain stuck and never achieve our objectives. One approach to get around a reason is to re-outline how we consider things. Try not to consider adhering to a good diet has having to "surrender" your most loved sustenances, yet rather as you get the chance to eat solid and can rest easy. Try not to consider working out as missing out on resting in, yet rather as you accomplishing a remark more rebel. thanks for sharing

That's true excused lead us no where they make us lazy and eventually made us sick with our habits later which may hurt from inside that's why time to give up bad habit's and focus on work and get fit daily with any excuse :) Shape better future with better health today :D
