To live a longer life and a better-quality of life, it is important we remain fit and healthy. This means incorporating exercise and consuming a healthy diet. I know many of us are too lazy to exercise and eat lots of junk foods that are destroying our body. I hope these videos will help to motivate you to live a healthier and fitter life.

i feel like we are too focused on money and we dont tend to worry about our health first, we have to have good ehalth to make money. Even if we aree sick, we still go out and try to make a living. We often chase money so much that we forget to take care of the body working hard for it

nice quote @greatpath, in order to live we have to maintain our body by doing this we have to workout or exercise regularly as the blood circulates in all over the body so our all body tissues get proper blood so they stay active and our body feel really fresh and it also works accordingly and by exercise our body also perspire and this eliminate the dangerous toxins which are present in our skin pores and our old water and salts also replace with new ones so we have to exercise regularly so that our mind and body stay healthy so we live a very charming and happy life. thanks for sharing
