Lol you know. I've been sleeping the day and waking up the night for almost 3 years, and I failed many times to get rid of this bad habit. But one Sunday (a week ago), I decided to change it no matter what. I stayed up till 10 a.m, walked 10km and forced myself to stay up till night. At night I slept like a log, and from that day Alhamdulillah I tried waking up at Fajr time and stay up till night. It is really challenging and I'm still struggling because it's hard to change a habit that you had for almost 3 years. But I know that if I didn't change it I'll have to deal with a lot of diseases. You too, @adnanibrahim, you have to change that habit too. Have a nice day ^^
Waking up early is not possible for people like me who sleeps late :( :( very tough habit and envoy them who can wake up early ;)
