As long as one does the very best at the time, there can be no regret. It maybe that another day would result in another decision but that 'maybe', that 'if' is a waste of energy. Should the very best when done not work out as planned, then that is a lesson, not a mistake.
Lately, I have been thinking how more interesting it is to travel in a train with my back to the engine and watching the length of time I can look at where the train has passed instead of facing the engine as the scenery comes too quickly into view and disappears instantly. Looking at the past is a reflection and often very helpful in forging a better future.
