Burnout!!! This is becoming more and more common in our world today!
I can give you the statistics about how stress causes burnout,
I can name the tools you can use to help alleviate the stress in your life, like excersice, sleep, a balanced diet and cutting down on unnecessary things,
But I think there is one thing that is often overlooked and has become a problem in our society.
Vulnerability....
And even more important, someone we can try trust and be vulnerable with!!
Sometimes we just don't have the right people around us and sometimes we do but we are afraid to look weak or be viewed as a failure.
The higher your position at work is and the more people you are responsible for can isolate you because you think you have to maintain an impossible standard.
No one can do it alone, we all need someone to lean on at times. I think this is one of the biggest contributing factors to stress today!
Surround yourself with people you can trust and don't think that being strong means you never feel weak!

Nice piece. I like the suggestions to avoid burnout by alleviating stress. @swt3df1
Thankyou
For sure
This is a very relevant perspective on this issue. I experienced this myself and the higher I rose the more difficult it became. Fortunately I had my husband to listen to my moaning and his support. It didn't stop it from happening but it helped me to recover a lot quicker. The people you surround yourself with matter.
Nice to hear your experience and that you can relate, thankyou!

I hate burnout! I tend to cuddle with the wife lots. That usually helps my stress levels :)
