Fear is inherent to the human being,...
In recent years I have matured and simplified at the same time my compression of fear. I have discovered that there is a fear of natural and positive, inherent in the process of live and grow, serving to protect us and that alerts us about real dangers, as for example when we cross a street, we look to both sides before you do so, or when we stand the seatbelt before driving... Fear also leads us to consider the dangers before taking an important decision, in the end, without that instinct would be completely exposed to the danger.
But, there is also an extremely negative fear and that experience through a series of images and thoughts, that almost all of the time lead us to consider the worst that can happen.
We can learn to channel this fear, to avoid creating fear, and this becomes the motivator and Adviser of the decisions we make.
Some of the signs that show that show us that we have a fearful personality are: avoid face situations that seem dangerous or unpleasant, although it is important to do it for us.
Remain immobilized to a situation of danger, instead of acting promptly. Have an attitude of aggressive defense.
Or perhaps show us submissive almost all the time, to allow that they humbled us without reason. Or when we criticize ourselves harshly before receiving criticism from others.
Also try to interpret it all, while remaining attentive to the danger and the problems that may occur.
To meet and change any feeling the first thing we need is admit, looking at it head-on, deny it and accept that it is in us for some reason, to then take action, involving the work consciously overcome it.
When fear becomes our counselor, begin to act driven by it, without realizing the wear that makes us live imagine terrible situations, which may never happen. Fears protect us but we are also concerned, we are concerned and paralyze, slowing our progress and personal development.
