You are right @prettyjules many people run away taking responsiblity, In all sphere of life instead they delegate their responsibility. I heard of a story of a woman who always delegate her responsibility of taking care of her husband stomach and children in the hands of the househelp.....guess what happens the househelp take the madam's position
