Thanks for sharing your experience! I had a very similar experience when I began working out. I was very overweight and my friend began taking me to the gym and doing some moderate weight lifting. Over time I developed a burning desire to go to the gym and a day without going made me feel terrible until I went again. Starting small and building can be a great way to establish a new habit.
