Thanks for sharing! Yes! You just have to do. As I mentioned in the post, I've been talking to my friend about diets and exercise and she always makes this excuse or that excuse and says she will start tomorrow and start gradually. I told her that she just needs to start and do. I told her that if she wants to make a habit of going to the gym, she needs to just go to the gym everyday. I told her to go to the gym even if she just walks in and then walks out. I told her that just getting to the gym is the hardest part, staying there is easy. I believe that analogizes well to habits. Creating the habit is the hardest part, continuing the habit is relatively easy.
