People produce results based on what they know (knowledge) and what they know how to do (skills), but to establish the perfect trilogy, a third element is needed: the motivation that is most important to us that the engine that drives us to obtain our goals and satisfy our needs.

When we arrive at steemit we find many doubts due to lack of knowledge, for many this ecosystem represents the first contacts with the world of technology, social networks and especially cryptocurrencies. On the other hand, as we move forward we have had the need to acquire skills to improve our post, to relate and to acquire the much desired earnings. But, what happens when we lose interest?

As time goes on we realize that everything is not rosy and that the dreams of getting easy money with steemit become goals that seem unattainable and at that point many are invaded for the demotivation to such a point of leaving the platform without asking Why am I unmotivated? In this regard, it is important to review and verify if what is happening to us is that we are experiencing a sense of frustration, fear, apathy that arises from not having clear goals or by summarizing our stay in the ecosystem in a wait for each article that publish be voted without making the least effort.

In other words, if you do not believe that motivation is an important factor, ask yourself how much your results would improve if you spent time interacting, valuing your readers and followers and giving a touch of enthusiasm, joy, rationality and assertiveness to their writings, having clear the difference between what is urgent (publish for publishing) and what is important (publish with sense and relevance).

In short the price of demotivation in steemit can be very high and can lead to failure and desertion in a future post I will give you some tips to keep us motivated and to make sense of our blog, to understand that although we earn profits this should not be in the first place because the gains are a consequence of the effort and dedication to share quality content and to value in the same way we would like to be valued to our followers and readers.
