Week 1: cleansing the body and mind
1. Up early, around 6 am. Yes, Yes.... I Wake up at a time like this. Immediately there is time for yourself, which is never enough for the day. As a result — peace and quiet, you can not be distracted, to do their own thing while the home sleep. This is the perfect time for morning practice, to adjust the body to live this day 100%. Laziness, unwillingness to get up early-this is not an indicator of fatigue. For me it is an indicator that I do not want to live my life. Why get out of bed-there again gloomy morning, subway, traffic jams, work... If only the first thought was " Rather would morning-a new day!" Agree, it is unlikely with such a feeling of early recovery will be a problem. So, it turns out, it works both ways. Life plays with all colors and sparkles — you will easily jump up in the morning. Or... Will be easy to jump in in the mornings — and life sparkled!
2. Lightweight food. I will need a tremendous amount of energy for the changes to come. It's probably being spent on keeping my body in a normal, functioning state, despite the effects of alcohol, heavy fatty foods, pastries, sweets... each of us has a list of these weaknesses to emphasize. Cross it off. We can choose the type of food that we think is right. I believe in vegetarianism and raw food. But one thing is for sure: alcohol, chips, sweet soda, semi-finished products, junk food do not fit into any concept of a healthy diet. So all of this-to exclude. Portions-to reduce and not to eat before going to bed. The rest-to listen to your body or nutritionist. The most important thing is not to burden yourself with super-tasks for the removal and digestion of toxins. On the contrary, it is necessary to facilitate the fate of the body as much as possible, to feed light, healthy, delicious food. He will be happy, and you-the energy for action.
3. Sport. This is my favorite and most mandatory. I will not tire of repeating: tone and health of a physical body is a prerequisite for the health of the spiritual. And movement, as you know, life. So, to awaken life (and spirit) in a tired body, it is necessary to stir it! In any way that suits you. My options are yoga, running and dancing. Try every day to move more, in any form: dance in front of the mirror, going to work; to abandon the Elevator and walk up the stairs; to arrange a full workout in the gym, it does not matter.

sounds like simple and good advise - life is not as complicated as we try to make it. we can always do things for ourselves that make day-to-day experience better... and if we do that everyday, we'll accumulate days that amount to a good life.
