Hello all my friends today I am writing this article with a different thought. Probably I am right or wrong in this article, it is totally depends on reader’s thinking. In order to write this article and explain it, I have to write a story in which i can put my own thinking in front of you.
This story is a company named Barot Steel. The CEO in this company is Mahendra Barot. This company is about 50 years old. And this company's steel is well known throughout the country. It has about 500 workers working in the company. This is a very big company in which 500 workers were working; two workers were very special friends of each other. One was Ramesh and the other was named Suresh. Ramesh was the nephew of Mahendra Barot, CEO of this company. And Suresh is a common worker, like this other.
Suresh's work was very good among all the workers. Suresh always used his sharp mind to do a thing for his work. All the staff in company applauses him for his work. Ramesh was also happy with Suresh's work. Ramesh himself always encouraged Suresh because of his good work. The friendship of Ramesh and Suresh was going well. Suresh was never proud of his good work. Suresh is a very nice and simple person. Suresh sometimes help Ramesh too if Ramesh is not able to complete his work on time. Ramesh was also very good at heart. Ramesh knew that Suresh's work was good as compare to him. Ramesh's have own principles in his life. He never believed in taking advantage of his uncle. Ramesh had a habit of assessing his own right. Ramesh was a true and honest person. Ramesh wanted to go ahead with his work. Ramesh did not want to snatch anybody's rights.
But both of them Ramesh and Suresh had the same dream that someday they will be manager in that company. And both of them have been trying to make their dream come true. The company was about to start a new branch in the city of Chicago. And CEO of this company Mahendra Barot is going to choose new manager. As soon as the word spread in the company that Mahendra Barot (CEO) could choose new manager, the worker realized that Ramesh will become the manager of the new branch because he is nephew of CEO. When Ramesh came to know that his uncle is going to declare the new manager post, he was very happy. Ramesh know that he and only he will become manager of new branch.
But Suresh was not happy about this. Suresh knew that he is smarter than Ramesh but now he will not be able to become a manager. Due to the simple nature of Suresh, he suppressed this matter in his heart. Suresh started to wander in his mind. Suresh understood that Ramesh's uncle is the CEO, and then Ramesh will now be the manager of the new branch. Now Suresh stayed away from Ramesh a little bit. His talk with Ramesh also diminished. But Ramesh did not see that his friend Suresh is sad. Ramesh was in his own fun as he was now looking forward to his destination.
There were about 2 months left to open new branches. And during this Suresh was very disappointed. Suresh almost stop talking with Ramesh. When Mahendra barot is going to declare a new branch manager for their company and there are only 3-4 was left certainly Ramesh realize something awkward is going on in this situation. Ramesh felt that his friend Suresh is not talking to him. Ramesh tried a lot to talk with Suresh but Suresh didn’t talk to Ramesh. Ramesh slowly came to know from another worker that he is desperate because he is more effective and clever than you but still he is not going too selected as a new branch manager. Ramesh did not sleep that night. Ramesh changed his position on bed but he could not sleep.
There was a strange prick in Ramesh's mind; he was restless and lying on the bed. On one hand, it was the platform to become a manager and on the other side there were principles of his life and his friend Suresh. He got up in the morning the next day and decided to talk about it with his uncle. He goes to his uncle house and Ramesh tell to his uncle he don't want to be a new branch manager. Ramesh tell his uncle that Suresh is more sensible and responsible so you declare him as a new branch manager.
The day comes to announce the new manager. All the people know that Ramesh's name will be declared. Suresh stands in a corner. The company's CEO Mahendra Barot was on stage. And the whole hall becomes a silent. And they declare Suresh's name as a new branch manager, all the people are surprised for a while. Suresh is surprised to hear this for a while and gets a little worried. He understands that Ramesh has done this work. Suresh's eyes get tears. And Suresh see Ramesh with a great human man who didn’t take his uncle position advantage to be a new branch manager. There is a strange smile on Ramesh's face. Then Suresh goes on the stage and take the appointment letter of new branch manager. Ramesh is very happy. Ramesh was happy to meet his friend and he was happy that he stayed on his principal.
Conclusion: - Is achieving your goal is more important than doing wrong things to achieve that goal? This thing is totally up to you. Thank you for reading this article.
नमस्ते मेरे सारे दोस्तों को। आज का मेरा ये लेख कुछ एक अलग ही सोच से लिख रहा हु। शायद में सही हु या में गलत हु ये तो सोचने वाले पर है। इस लेख को लिखने के लिए और इसे समझाने के लिए मुझे एक कहानी लिखनी होगी जिससे में खुद की ये सोच आप लोगो के सामने रख सकू।
ये कहानी है एक कंपनी की जिसका नाम है बारोट स्टील। इस कंपनी में जो सीईओ है उनका नाम है महेंद्र बारोट। यह कंपनी तक़रीबन ५० वर्ष पुरानी है। और इस कंपनी का स्टील पुरे देश में मशहूर है। यह कंपनी में तक़रीबन ५०० मज़दूर काम करते है। इतनी बड़ी कंपनी जिसमे ५०० मज़दूर काम कर रहे थे उससे में २ मज़दूर बहुत ही ख़ास मित्र थे एक दूसरे के। एक का नाम था रमेश और दूसरे का नाम था सुरेश। रमेश इस कंपनी के सीईओ महेंद्र बारोट का भांजा था। और सुरेश एक आम मज़दूर था इस कंपनी दूसरे मज़दूरों की तरह।
सुरेश का काम सारे मज़दूरों से बहुत ही अच्छा होता था। सुरेश हमेशा अपना काम मन लगाके करता था। उसके काम की तारीफ़ सारे लोग करते थे। सुरेश के काम से रमेश को भी ख़ुशी होती थी। रमेश खुद भी सुरेश को हमेशा प्रोत्साहन देता था उसके अच्छे काम की वज़ह से। रमेश और सुरेश की दोस्ती तो हमेंशा से अच्छी ही चली जा रही थी। सुरेश को अपने अच्छे कामसे कभीभी घमंड नहीं था। सुरेश मन का बहुत ही अच्छा और सरल इंसान था। सुरेश कभी कभी रमेश की भी काम में मदद कर देता था। रमेश भी मन का बहुत ही अच्छा था। रमेश को पता था की सुरेश का काम अच्छा है। रमेश के खुद के उसूल थे अपनी जिंदगी में। वह कभी भी दुसरो का छीन लेने में यकीन नहीं रखता था। रमेश को हमेंशा अपने खुद के हक का मान लेने की आदत थी। रमेश एक सच्चा और ईमानदार इंसान था। रमेश अपने काम से आगे बढ़ना चाहता था। रमेश किसी का भी हक छीनना नहीं चाहता था।
लेकिन इन दोनों की मंज़िल एक ही थी की किसी दिन वह उस कंपनी में मैनेजर बने। और अपने इस सपने को सच करने के लिए दोनों हमेंशा कोशिश करते रहते। और दोनों का सपना सच करने का दिन आ चूका था। कंपनी एक नई ब्रांच शुरू करने वाली थी शिकागो शहर में। और इस कंपनी के सीईओ महेंद्र बारोट नया मैनेजर चुनने वाले थे। जैसे ही कंपनी में ये बात फ़ैल गई की महेंद्र बारोट (सीईओ) नया मैनेजर चुन सकते है सरे मज़दूर समझ गए की अब रमेश ही नई ब्रांच का मैनेजर बनेगा। रमेश को जैसे ही ये पता चला के उसके मामा नया मैनेजर घोषित करनेवाले है वो बहुत ही खुश हो गया। अब रमेश समझ गया था की नई ब्रांच का मैनेजर तो वोही बनेगा।
लेकिन इस बात से सुरेश खुश नहीं था। सुरेश को पता था की वो रमेश से ज़्यादा हुशियार है लेकिन अब वो मैनेजर नहीं बन पाएगा। सुरेश के सरल स्वभाव की वजह से वह इस बात को मन में ही दबा दी। सुरेश अपने मन में ही घूटने लगा था। सुरेश समझ गया था की रमेश के मामा सीईओ है तो रमेश ही अब नई ब्रांच का मैनेजर बनेगा। अब सुरेश रमेश से थोड़ा थोड़ा कर दूर रहता था। रमेश के साथ उसकी बात भी कम हो गई थी। लेकिन रमेश को ये सब दिख नहीं रहा था की उसका दोस्त सुरेश उदास है। रमेश तो अपनी ही मस्ती में था क्यूंकि उसको अपनी मंज़िल अब साफ़ दिख रही थी।
नई ब्रांच खुलने में तक़रीबन २ महीने बाकी थे। और इस दौरान सुरेश काफ़ी मायूस हो चूका था। सुरेश ने रमेश से तक़रीबन बात करना ही छोड़ दिया था। रमेश को महसूस हुवा की उसका दोस्त सुरेश उससे बात नहीं कर रहा। रमेश ने सुरेश से बात करने की काफी कोशिश की। लेकिन सुरेश ने रमेश से बात नहीं की। रमेश को फिर धीरे धीरे दूसरे वर्कर से पता चला की वह मायूस इसीलिए है की वो तुमसे ज्यादा काबलिल होते हुवे भी ब्रांच मैनेजर बन नहीं पाया। उस रात रमेश को नींद नहीं आयी। रमेश करवट बदलता रहा बिस्तर पर लेकिन उसे नींद नहीं आ रही थी।
रमेश के मन में एक अजीब सी चुभन हो रही थी वो बेचैन होकर बिस्तर पर लेटा था। एक तरफ उसकी मैनेजर बनने की मंज़िल थी और दूसरी तरफ़ उसके सिद्धांत और दोस्त थे। दूसरे दिन सुबह उठ कर उससे ठान लिया की वो अपने मामा से इसके बारेमे बात करेगा।वह अपने मामा के पास जाता है और उनसे कहता है की उसे नई ब्रांचका मैनेजर नहीं बनना। रमेश अपने मामा को कहता है की सुरेश ज़्यादा समझदार है और आप उसीको नये ब्रांच का मैनेजर बनाये।
नए मैनेजर घोषित करने का दिन आ जाता है। सारे लोगो को पता होता है की रमेश का नाम ही घोषित होगा। सुरेश एक कोने में उदास खड़ा होता है। कंपनी के सीईओ स्टेज पर आते है। और पूरे हॉल में एक सन्नाटा सा हो जाता है।और जैसेहि वह सुरेश का नाम घोषित करते है सारे लोग थोड़ी देर के लिए आश्चर्य हो जाते है। सुरेश यह सुनके थोड़ी देर के लिए आश्चर्य हो जाता है और थोड़ा सा गभरा जाता है। वह समझ जाता है की ये काम रमेश ने किया है।सुरेश की आंखोमे आंसू आ जाते है। और सुरेश रमेश को देखने लगता है। रमेश के मुख पर एक अजीब सी मुस्कुराहट है। फिर सुरेश स्टेज पर जाता है और अपने नए मैनेजर बनने का स्वीकृति करता है।रमेश बहुत ही ज्यादा ख़ुश है। रमेश को अपना दोस्त मिलने की ख़ुशी थी और वो ख़ुश था की वह अपने सिद्धांत पर टिका रहा।
