It is very crucial that you arm yourself with a mentor(s) in order to stay consistent and thus achieve success in life.
A mentor is someone who has been in the same industry, business or career that you can learn from. A mentor is someone who is successful in the career you want to follow .

When you have a situation you don't know how to get away from, your mentor will be the one you go to, and he will guide you through that difficult situation.
Instead of learning from mistakes , mentors help share their experiences and lessons so that when their mentee encounter them, they don't repeat the mistake.
Mentors are also really important for encouragement, helping you become accountable thus a mentor can serve as one's accountability partner. Mentors give their mentee constructive and key feedbacks that they can really learn and grow from.

" You must find a mentor in your life. Someone who can inspire you and help you not to go astray into tortuorous roads"

Some qualities of a good mentor include
-Ability and willingness to communicate
-must be prepared at all times
-must be approachable
-must be available and ready to listen
-must be honest
-must be objective and fair
It is very important you have at least one or two genuine mentors with these qualities.

Wow! This post got me thinking. No doubt, one will achieve greater things in life with a good mentor. But, what if the people you want to be your mentor are not always available or far away?
Just start with ones closer to you first and you will be amazed to see how far they can help you succeed . with time you will start getting linked up with those afar
