Hello beautiful people. Hope you all are doing amazingly well this morning. Okay, I just felt I should share this as the top of the morning before we go to our different places of assignment. I hope you can connect as much as possible.
BRAIN~ Improves Mood.
BACK~ Relieves Pain.
HIP~ Reduces Hip Fracture.
LEGS~ Lowers the risk of Blood Clot.
FEET~ Reduces the load on Other Joints.
EYES~ Wards off Glaucoma.
HEART~ Lowers blood pressure and risk of Heart Attack.
ARM~ Strengthens Arm Muscles.
KNEES~ Keep Joints Lubricated.
I hope you've learnt a thing or two. You don't always have to live a sedentary lifestyle. Take a walk... Get some breeze... Just allow your body to move. Have a beautiful Monday.
