How this shit works:

  • Read motivational stuff, get 'inspired'
  • Make a commitment to make a positive change in your life. But never now, make it next week or next month
  • youre fooling your brain into rewarding you with dopamine instantly, despite you haven't really done anything yet.

You create a fake positive loop, you get rewarded just by making promises to yourself. Then you fail to deliver, you feel down, then rinse and repeat.
